Returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for any damage caused by you not treating your kit properly (refer to the After Care page). Nor can we replace any products which have been modified with numbers, initials, sponsor or badge printing/embroidery if a customer has ordered incorrect sizes or colours. We will always endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your requirements. However there may be occasions when errors do occur and items may go out of stock, on these occasions we will rectify any problems at our expense. This will be deemed as full and final settlement and no further compensation will be considered.
These terms and conditions ("Product Terms and Conditions") apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, via the JJB Online Store (the "Website") Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By using the Website you accept and agree to be bound by the Product Terms and Conditions and the Web Site Terms and Conditions which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and JJB Sports plc ("JJB Sports").
If you do not agree to the Product Terms and Conditions or the Web Site Terms and Conditions you should leave the Website.
JJB Sports reserves the right to alter or amend the Product Terms and Conditions at any time without notification to you. Specifically JJB Sports can amend, discontinue or remove content displayed on the Website, including product and service information or specification on the Website, without liability.
Copyright
All elements of the Website content and all logos, photography, graphics, software and video clips are protected by UK copyright laws. You are entitled to view the Website and to print pages of the Website for the sole purpose of placing an order with JJB Sports. However, any copying or downloading from the Website without written permission from JJB Sports is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement of copyright.
Trademarks
You are not permitted to use JJB Sports' trademarks or the trademarks of any third party without the prior written consent of JJB Sports or such third parties that may own the trademarks.
Under 18 website users
If you are under 18 years of age you must gain parental/guardian approval to submit data, receive updates or purchase goods online. You are still bound by these Product Terms and Conditions and use of the Website will be taken as acceptance of these Product Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge that the Website and any goods that you obtain from the Website are provided for your personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes or distributed commercially without JJB Sports' permission.
Orders
JJB Sports will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon despatch of the goods to you at which point the purchase contract is made. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever and to refuse bulk orders. If we do so a member of our customer services team will contact you and will refund in full any charges which have been incurred.
Prices
Goods are invoiced in pounds (£) sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT") which will be charged at the current rate as shown on the on-line order form and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit.
We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. JJB Sports try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company's pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.
European / Industrial Duties / Taxes
European / International customers may be required by their country to pay duties and / or taxes before they receive their delivery. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost as it is not included in your purchase or shipping costs. This is based on your country's policies and is something over which we have no control. We recommend that for specific advice on Customs procedures you contact HM Customs and Excise on 0845 010 900.

Taking Delivery
All orders are dispatched by HDN who specialise in home delivery. To ensure the best possible service is maintained please specify a delivery address which is occupied between 8.00am and 6.00pm Mon-Fri, to obtain a signature. Work addresses or JJB Sports Store addresses can be used, however the delivery charge will still apply.
Charges
All orders going to UK mainland addresses can be delivered Mon-Fri 8.00am to 6.00pm and will be charged £6.95 up to 10KG. Single shirts and small accessories less than 1KG will be charged at £3.95. Full kit packages way around 10KG. R.O.I 10KG charged at £14.95.
Delivery charges for orders outside UK mainland and in Europe are available through the enquiry hotline. Prices are quoted per 10KG box. Saturday delivery is available on request, £12.95, 1-10KG (only available UK Mainland).
